The My Intuitive Friends Retreat is a small, intimate experience designed to give you the space to pause and be with like-minded people.
Over three days, you’ll join Katharine Giovanni, Paula Dice, and Katie Nall, Ph.D. for meaningful conversations, practical exercises, laughter, reflection, and powerful personal insights in a peaceful Florida setting.
This isn’t about becoming someone different.
It’s about understanding yourself more deeply, and leaving lighter than when you arrived.
I loved how the workshop was structured yet still felt free and open, with plenty of room for dialogue and conversation throughout. Paula Dice
Spiritual Intuitive, Angel Messenger, and gentle powerhouse
Paula Dice has recognized her intuitive abilities since childhood, although, like Katharine and Katie, she was initially hesitant to share them with others.
In 2019, her work with angels deepened, leading her to become an accomplished medium and Angel Intuitive. Today, she enjoys helping others strengthen their own intuitive connection and discover greater clarity and purpose.
A Reiki Master Teacher and Angel Reiki Master, Paula has also completed Levels 1 and 2 of Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and continues to expand her knowledge and skills.

Katie Nall, Ph.D.

Katie Nall, Ph.D. combines her background in mathematics education with a lifelong passion for energy work and personal transformation.
Her journey has led her from helping students overcome fear and anxiety to teaching Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT/Tapping), Qi Gong, and Singing Bowl Meditation. Through these practical approaches, she helps people feel calmer, lighter, and more confident.

Together, we’ll explore forgiveness, intuition, emotional well-being, and personal growth through a blend of teaching, discussion, interactive and guided exercises, and reflection.
Because this is a small group experience, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to ask questions, share if you choose, and receive personal attention in a caring, judgment-free environment.
Our intention is that you’ll leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and better equipped to move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
Chef-prepared organic meals are included throughout the retreat. We’ll do our best to accommodate dietary needs and food allergies whenever possible.

This retreat is designed for both beginners and those with previous experience. Our goal is to provide practical guidance in a welcoming, down-to-earth environment.
Is this a small group retreat?
Yes.
We intentionally keep the group small so everyone has the opportunity to ask questions, participate, and receive personal attention throughout the retreat.
What is included?
Your retreat includes accomodations (double-occupancy sleeping domes), Chef-prepared breakfast/lunch/dinner, all retreat sessions, guided activities, and workshop materials. Additional travel details will be provided after registration.
What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?
Please let us know when you register. We’ll do our best to accommodate dietary needs whenever possible.
How do I know if this retreat is a good fit for me?
Before registration, you can have a brief conversation with Paula. It’s a chance to answer your questions, learn more about the retreat, and make sure it’s the right experience for you.
What if I’m nervous about coming alone?
You’re not the only one.
Many participants arrive without knowing anyone else. By the end of the retreat, it’s common to leave with new friendships, fresh perspectives, and the comfort of knowing you’re not alone on your journey.

What is your cancellation policy?
We are following the policy of the retreat site: 20% non-refundable deposit, full payment due 60 days prior. Non-refundable and non-transferable.
Registration Options
The retreat registration is less than $1,500 per person and includes air-conditioned double-occupancy domes, breakfast and lunch buffets, five-course dinner, and all workshops located on lush five-acre retreat in Palm Beach County, Florida. To reserve your place, please submit your $750 deposit. Your deposit is fully refundable through October 31, 2026, so you can reserve your spot with confidence.

Looking for a more personal experience?
During the retreat, you’ll have the opportunity to reserve a private Power of 3 Session with Katharine, Paula, and Katie.
These limited one-hour sessions bring all three presenters together with you in one room, allowing us to explore your questions in greater depth while you’re already immersed in the retreat experience.
Depending on your individual session, your experience may include past-life exploration, angel messages, intuitive guidance, forgiveness work, and practical tools to support your personal growth. Each session is unique.
Many participants come to us with questions like:
- Why do I keep repeating the same patterns?
- Why do the same types of relationships keep showing up in my life?
- Why can’t I seem to find lasting peace?
- What am I missing?
Together, we’ll explore those questions in a compassionate, supportive environment and provide practical insights you can continue working with long after the retreat has ended.
Because these sessions take place during designated retreat breaks, only a limited number are available.
Our standard fee for a virtual Power of 3 Session is $395 per hour.
As a retreat participant, you’ll receive a special in-person rate of $350.
