Angel Intuitive, Messenger of Light, and Reiki Master Teacher

Born in St. Louis, Missouri, Paula grew up amid challenge and resilience. Her mother’s struggles with mental health shaped Paula’s ability to see the world through compassion. To look for the light, even in dark moments.

By age twelve, she realized she had an intuitive gift: an ability to hear and feel messages beyond the ordinary. For years she kept that part of herself quiet, much like her Guided Talk co-founders Katharine and Katie. Then, in 2019, everything shifted when she attended a three-day conference on angel reporting. Her abilities blossomed, and she embraced her calling as an Angel Intuitive.

Today, Paula blends her training as a Reiki Master Teacher and Angel Reiki Master with Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) to help others reconnect with divine support, release fear, and find peace. Her sessions are known for their warmth, accuracy, and heartfelt guidance.

She is the proud mother of four children and grandmother to five adoring granddaughters — her “angel team on Earth.”
