Happy November, everyone!

The holiday season is officially upon us, and many are now planning for Thanksgiving and the various celebrations throughout December. In my family, we celebrate Christmas. What traditions do you celebrate?

One of the most beautiful aspects of our world is that we have the freedom to choose how we honor our beliefs and observe the holidays that resonate with us. The gift of free will is, to me, one of the greatest blessings of all. It allows us to live authentically, embrace gratitude, and even practice the profound act of forgiveness.

Forgiveness is often misunderstood; many see it as letting someone off the hook or excusing wrongdoing. However, forgiveness is truly a gift to ourselves. It allows us to release the hurt and anger that can weigh us down, keeping us from growing and moving forward. The act of forgiving—whether it’s forgiving others or even ourselves—can be transformative. It brings healing, not just to the one who forgives, but to everyone and everything connected to the process.

As we move into this holiday season, I encourage you to take a moment to reflect and ask yourself (or your angels, if you’re inclined): “Who or what do I need to forgive?” You might discover that the person in need of your grace and compassion is you.

Wishing you all a season filled with joy, reflection, and healing.
